You recently said that the people trained for the wrong conditions are well-trained for their fight. At no point have you acknowledged the obvious contradiction. The people pointing it out are typical of this space: they do the reading and critical thinking that pisses you off. I think you're used to being able to get away with faking knowledge because you do so in an echo chamber. I would also guess that you're used to feeling like the most left position in the room.
It is true that if Western support is removed, Zelensky would be in a pickle. But despite the bleatings from some of the louder members of the Republican party, support still remains overwhelmingly positive in the US, and they're the biggest supplier of arms. I don't see them backing out any time soon.
Prepare to be surprised. The US is historically fickle and doesn't always know what to so with the popular beast it cultivates through propaganda. It's not like any of these decisions are made democratically, anyways.
