idea (this is only a thought experiment, I would never condone violence against the ruling class): so you have your central park guillotine, right? so you send jeffy boi to the chopping block, but here's the catch (in a literal sense), the blade stops just before it gets to his neck, and he is taken back to his cell. Repeat however many times you like and then do it for real, but don't tell him whether it's for real this time or just another epic prank.
