    Corporate grind culture is so extreme and so hypernormalized that if you share that article on LinkedIn people will be like "OMG he wants them to be their best self, he's lighting fire under their asses to motivate them 👏 👏 👏 "

      There are no proles on LinkedIn (afaik, it's been a while), only people more or less bought off by the system.

        Basically you're saying nobody who works on a computer or white collar environment is proletarian, which is just wrong, knowledge labour is still labour.

        People are regularly exploited and abused in white collar environments and just because they are not literally breaking their backs doesn't mean its not a similar relation to capital

          I'm saying that every step above minimum wage is bought with stolen production in some measure. It's been years since I've had to be on LinkedIn, they could have moved downscale to compete with Snagajob or whoever the fast food retailers are using.
