Barbie (Margot Robbie) is on the floor. Weird Barbie (Kate McKinnon) is asking her why she was immune to the patriarchy brainwashing.

Barbie: "My exposure to the real world must have made me immune."

Then she says the line in the meme.

Silly Hexbear, you can't brainwash me with your bear hexes into thinking a super serious Academy Award nominated actress like myself would ever star in a 2 hour long toy commercial about a plastic doll. That would just be absurd.

My exposure to the real world has made me immune to your Hexbearian brainwashing, nice try though.

Pretty good sum up. Embracing ugliness because ugliness is what society rejects and society is horrible.

      https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cultural_hegemony

As Marxist philosophy, cultural hegemony analyses the functions of economic class within the base and superstructure, from which Gramsci developed the functions of social class within the social structures created for and by cultural domination. In the practise of imperialism, cultural hegemony occurs when the working and the peasant classes believe and accept that the prevailing cultural norms of a society (the dominant ideology imposed by the ruling class) realistically describes the natural order of things in society.
