Lol, true. The rail runner in NM though was pretty decent when I lived there. But the Amtrak’s I have been weren’t on time, but they did stop at my stop.
Eh, it's far less likely for a train to crash than for a car (or bus) to do so. And this was decades ago, so trains are safer now than they were. But no mode of transportation is risk-free.
Every train I have been on stopped when and where I expected it to. Trains are the best! 🚂 🚂 🚂
