Marx's Twitter would be 95% squabbling with insignificant Twitter folk about issues that don't matter. Guy loved to go thermonuclear on relatively obscure people, going so far as to write multiple books jsut entirely refuting the philosophy of somebody (Poverty of Philosophy which critiqued Proudhon, The Holy Family against the young Hegelians) and then just sometimes never publishing them (The German Ideology against Max Stirner and others). Him on Twitter would be too much.
Marx is famous for petty squabbles, but Proudhon, the young Hegelians, and Stirner at least are not obscure. (Same with his other famous rivals like Bakunin.) Their debates are justifiably foundational to Marxism, socialism, and left political thought in general.
Yeah you're right, for the obscure part I'm mainly thinking of this one letter where Marx is like "I'm going to fucking destroy this guy" and Engels is like "dude what are you doing, like eight people know who this guy is don't bother." I'll see if I can find it.
You think he'd do a Crowder gig on college campuses? I'd watch Karl do "capitalism is evil, change my mind" and just decapitate economic undergrads preaching the glories of libertarianism.

You know he'd get on Twitter and then, Highlander-like, immediately sense his only true opponent for the title of "Too Online", Glenn Greenwald.
Their twitter fights would wind up destroying the auto numbering feature, as those fools at Twitter only allow up to 5 character #s for them.
