All the gyms are being closed around me and I was looking for some input.
My current home routine is 4 x 20 push ups, Squats into 5 minute plank rotating every 30 seconds into a 30 minute jog. I had a pull up bar but it broke -_-
I haven’t had to work out at home in awhile so ik my routine is prob trash
I follow a couple channels on YouTube that do hiit. Other than that running outside, some pole and laying in bed until late in the day thinking if I should do something useful today
