    i like Yoga with Adriene's channel on youtube, she does a great job integrating asanas with other principles, making her accessible to newbies like my SO but also offering a lot for more experienced yogis to deepen their practice of yielding, center, and radiating. did this one today. i have a pair of 8lb dumbbells that i fuck around with a couple times a day. might do that too.
