    I know "make it a habit" it awful advice, but having it be your routine is the easiest way.

    Make sure you go to sleep with enough time so you aren't needing more when you wake up to run. Also cut away screen time within 90-120 min before bed.

    If all else fails a low dosage of melanin can help some people fall asleep if you're having trouble getting to bed at a good time.
