I've read a few copies of that stupid magazine and couldn't figure out if they are supposed to be neocons or neolibs, or both (fuck it, they're quite similar anyway).
Neocon and neolib are not mutually exclusive. In fact they usually come together. Some people seem to think neolib means liberal as it is used in the US (socially progressive moderate), but that's not what it means. And neocons are basically just rabid pro intervention war hawks.
