Cyberpunk 2077 has standout side quests and strong main characters, though its buggy, superficial world and lack of purpose bring it down.

probably this and PC Gamer are the only honest reviews of this game, rightfully calling it out for being a buggy mess and also shallow depth of gameplay/bloated content

do not become addicted to hype, my friends, it will take hold of you, and you will resent its absence!

      My disdain is based entirely around the aesthetic differences between the teaser trailer and everything put out since then. The teaser looked like like a reimagined Deus Ex, the screenshots I have seen all simply look like a retro neon GTA (and not GTA 4 either!)

        The change probably happened due to the whole vaporwave thing.

        Personally I'm okay with it. I've already seen Deus Ex gritty brown yellow cyberpunk. Now show me bright neon cyberpunk.
