This is what happens when a communist party abandons their communist asthetics in favor of bougeoise electoral asthetics.

CPJ are monarchist socdems. Chukaku-ha and Kakumaru-ha are where you find spicy reds who are still subject to state repression.

Chukaku-ha’s YouTube channel “Vanguard” (前進) https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCy4QO9DkKIximR3EmIMy0gg

Daily reminder that aesthetic criticisms are dumb. I know jack shit about the Japanese political situation, so I have no idea if these mascots are actually at all effective, but if they are, then they should be used. There's nothing 'bourgeois' about them, anyway. No aesthetics are inherently bourgeois.

You say no asthetics are inherently bougeoise, yet I raise you the entire shtick of the west wing

I don’t think a narrative TV show is really “aesthetics”. Aesthetically it’s just dudes in suits giving speeches.

You could say the same thing about Harry Potter, yet it's asthetics infect all of bougeoise society.

We dislike these pieces of media cuz their narratives explicitly send bourgeois messages, there’s really nothing inherent to the artistry itself that’s bourgeois. Ones a TV show and the other is a series of young adult fantasy books, there are examples of both those things with leftist themes

That's not aesthetics, that's the narrative themes of a work of fiction.
