        In good time friend you shall have it. I'm jealous of your skills. my ass is so far behind i'm just about to get a miter saw to cut some 45 degree cuts babaaay. can't wait to get to the crafting level.

    Could you estimate the basic entry cost of getting a lathe/turning setup all kitted out? I have a lot of other tools for a burgeoning shop - hoping to rent a place with a real garage soon so I can actually you know use something bigger than a circular saw - and wondering if lathe work is something I could add to my plans

      it really depends on your area if your getting used, which I reccomend. check online marketplaces and the like. if this was pre covid I'd say join a turning club and some old guy would probably sell you one of his for a song. and don't buy a no name mini lathe new or used, they're trash. if there's any you find and wanna know my opinion on, just send me a link.

        I had joined my local woodworking guild, with full opportunity to join classes etc, right before covid hit ;_; good advice tho
