    I do love the idea that this well supplied deep state with all its resources would supply specifically technicals to their drugged-up stormtroopers. I guess the idea is that these would somehow be said to be unaligned with the actual government? My brain just isn't smooth enough to understand this shit.

        For anyone wondering, The classic Technical is a Toyota pickup with a machine gun mounted onto it's load area so that it can swing 360 degrees. The modern cavalry of warlords everywhere.

        I imagine the US equivalent would be needlessly large and impractical, but mount as many machine guns as one of those russian AA tanks.
