Videos like this are the reason why so many people are intimidated by lifting weights.

I’m a straight white guy so my experience is probably biased but from female friends I know, we would all agree gyms are generally friendly with the occasional douchebag here and there. These muscle heads who act like they’re going to war every time they lift a weight piss me off to no end. It’s why I always push Arnold as the perfect gatekeeper of getting into shape. Not only was he the best bodybuilder of all time but he preaches everyone should build each other up to get in shape.

Fuck this gym.
