I've been walking like 2-3 hours a day just walking the empty city at night listening to music/audiobooks/podcasts and doing c25k 3 days a week.
Like 2 months ago I water-fasted for a week and I basically lost my sense of hunger. I've been losing 1kg+ a week now.
So that's going well.
Planning to start doing weightlifting when I can run 5k.
Psychologically I feel like pure shit after finally realizing my childhood was traumatic and has heavily affected everything but today is okay.
