This was a successful plot by the radical elite city planners to force people to walk and bike places and know their neighbors. We can't let this happen elsewhere. Think of the property values. Think of the crime. Think of the oppression.
Pittsburgh was the biggest city near where I grew up and it’s such a beautiful city, but modern zoning has turned all of its expansion into shit suburbs. So fucking sad.
It's kinda okay. Not the worst.
Still doesn't have much public/shared space and is a solid grid of squares where everything is individualized. Pretty much everything in the image is either someone's personal living space or a street for cars. So, still liberal.
