Maybe it was the cops? They had called in the bomb squad.

Police have confirmed that the RV was broadcasting a message

        From the article

I really believe this was a statement more than a true act of terror. As to who did it, a chud seams most likely but this seems to have an amount of concern for their fellow humans that is extremely absent from that crowd. So I really don't know.

Maybe we'll get a manifesto? The whole thing is kinda weird, like I would get the statement if the bomb were on wall street or in front of a big corporate or political building, but I'm with you, I don't get this.

It reminds me of something out of like a movie or comic.

Like bombs don't give warnings, except in fiction to build drama.

Whoever did this was imagining a really dramatic scene with the RV blaring the message and people running away.

It was in front of an AT&T building so some are saying it might be an anti 5G conspiracy theorist who did it

The far right hates big tech. If you wanted to attack AT&T without hurting anyone this seems like what you would do. They attackers may have overestimated the power of the bomb and wanted to blow the AT&T facility up completely.

No I mean the evacuation warning might have been the cops. I dunno, all seems confused right now.
