Sometime around it's launch and a couple years in. I imagine it was probably abused and you had sites popping up like stormfront (the actual site, not reddit)

Maybe they just realized how valuable that info is and locked it brhind some other stuff. Isi t available to the person who uploaded the video still? I know they show which country people are in.
It's available to the uploaders yeah, it's not paid info though.
Probably, I've never uploaded a video so I don't know.
