This pyramid is...strange. I'm probably reading it wrong, but it seems to imply that assault and injury cause less lost work and "time injury(??)" than things like bullying. Is this some kind of cost/benefit analysis, where they've worked out it is more efficient for an employee to just break their leg and be out of work for a month than lose an hour or two of work every day due to poor morale from bullying?
I think it's "these things lead to lost work", but idk for certain. See below for the actual matrix, which isn't preoccupied for lost work hours and instead illustrates how violence exists/escalates within a community
