The archive of the state Nordrhein-Westfalen in Duisburg. And yeah, i like to post Duisburg, as it has some really weird but cool buildings/areas. Overall the Ruhrgebiet is a n area id recommend to visit, as its not beautiful at all, but still really interesting.

For the building: It was build as a storage building/silo and has been converted to an archive building with complex climate control etc. from 2010-2013.
