What's the recovery from an orchi like? I'm (covid permitting) due for one sometime in the next couple of months, but didn't get much real info about the recovery from the consultation besides "just chill out for 5 days and don't do any heavy lifting for a few weeks lol".

So forgive me for crude response but I'm not able to recall the proper terms.

I did a scrotal incision one rather than the inguinal one. Inguinal has a longer recovery time cuz they are more inside you.

It was like super achy down there with the feeling in the pit of stomach when the testes get bonked. I was prescribed oxy but my mom is addicted and I'm super addict prone so I never filled it. I was ok managing the pain with lots of ice packs and strong cannabis.

I did get a bad hematoma but I did since arnica cream and lots of fresh pineapple for the bromide, that helped alot.

The heavy lifting ban is super important dont ignore it, and I even asked for a couple weeks extra when I asked the doctor to write my note for work.

Breast augmentation, the insurance I had then surprisingly full covered it.

After 4 year hrt I was at tanner stage 2 AA cup and got tired of being misgendered whenever i wore anything remotely baggy.

Other than a horrific complication I'm super happy with them.

I had blood pooling in the pocket under the muscle they make for the implant. So I had to make an emergency trip to the surgeon and she had to drain it but couldn't wait for anesthetic so she did a localized one that took the sting away but could still feel her hand inside my breast as she had to squeeze and press all the extra blood out.

Took like an hour and a half

depends on the state; mine only requires "medical intervention" insofar as a doctor's note saying "yea, they're trans."

i'm about 6 mo out from my orchi. it hasn't really effected sex any more than HRT did, except my cum is a lot more watery and has a much smaller volume.

Iirc the definition of medical intervention varies state by state so you would need to do some googling to get a better answer, I knew one that was able to qualify for that after a trachea shave. Also what I submitted was a doctor who wrote a note saying i had gender confirming medical procedures so maybe for you.

My libido and ability to get erect improved post orchi as my genital dysphoria was with testes. If I orgasm quickly after becoming erect no ejaculate but if I'm aroused for awhile I ejaculate more than before.

Stopping spironolactone was huge for my overall health.

Length as in size or duration of erection?

Duration of erection havnt changed, it goes when I stop getting stimulated mentally or physically like 30s after cessation of arousal.

For actual length hard to say at year 2 hrt I didnt get erect for like 2 months and lost a few inches, my goodness the pain when I did get erect after that was immense.
