I wish I knew how to force myself to exersize. I really want to be strong but I just don't have the wp to do it.
In my experience you have to find what's fun for you. I've never liked swimming but I could bike all day. You also have to force it a bit at first until it becomes a habit, which can be tough.
Bonus: whoever recommended the new Citations Needed episode while working out, you’ve got me hooked. The indignance fuels me.
