Ah, I didn't know mosquitoes could bite through the bottom. Gross! I think I'd always have a liner in that case.

          Glad the netting works!

I've been eyeing these on AliExpress. They have $15 options and I'm really curious about whether they're any good.

Oh wow this is very helpful info thank you! I was definitely planning on a ridgeline one but I can see I have a lot to learn if I'm not gonna throw away my money. That 10' tip and hammock style suggestion is very good to know.

I would like to subscribe to hammock talk.

Oh nice, that's good to know! I enjoy a good ridgeline, I usually bring a lightweight tarp when camping in case it rains. There's a lot you can do with a tarp and paracord!

Niche subs can be pretty good, I agree. When Redditors stay in their lane they can be a goldmine for info. Because of reasons (capitalism), also good for the consumption aspect of a hobby (like how to not buy the wrong hammock).

                  Thanks again for hammock facts!

Oh nice. I'm also a side sleeper. Inflatable mattresses are the only ones I've found comfortable when camping so I'll have to check this out. Looks comfy!

I've heard you can use these as a seat as well during the day.

Oh interesting, thanks for the info! I'll have to research carefully if I try it out.

They have those? Wow, I've never enjoyed sleeping while camping because every hammock and sleeping bag I've used has been made for back sleepers.
