So I researched this at one point and the science basically says that it won't increase your lifespan but makes you feel healthier and improves health metrics. This is largely because it increases your blood protein,which falls off significantly when you're older. Wanna know what also increases your blood protein? Weight training. You could just get off your ass and not be a vampire.
