For context, Trump tweeted out a video condemning the storming of capitol hill. Trump also said that he is now committed to a peaceful transition of power and that Biden will be the US president in the video.

There's another post on there that's basically that saying they didn't hear the words "concede" or "Biden" so that when Trump says "new administration" he means a new administration with himself.
