    had a calf strain so only worked out two days last week :sadness:
    not very good at staying on track, so unfortunately i have nothing to add lol
    i don't really have any goals for next week, just wanna take it easy with my workouts so i don't re-injure myself

    i'm considering not going to the gym for a while again because of the UK covid strain tho :agony-deep:
