Kinda forgot to eat these past two days lmao. I never really feel full so I just eat when I'm hungry which is usually most of the time so I snack a lot. Well I started adderall + moved to college where I don't really have access to a kitchen and just wasn't hungry so I didn't even think to eat until like an hour and a half ago. So yeah uh note to self start counting my calories and planning my meals so I actually eat enough food
lol yeah when I started adderall I kept getting nauseous in the evenings. I asked my psych if that was a common side effect, and he was like, "no..? Wait, are you eating food?"
(I had not been eating food.)
Lmao yeah today I was like hmm suddenly I feel extremely nauseous and hungry oh wait I've had a bag of gummy bears to eat over the past two days
