Also I recently learned that the "chemical imbalance" marketing of depression is totally misleading (there is no such thing as a properly "balanced brain"). I'm disappointed that I never questioned it before because it sounded scientific.

This is so uplifting. I mean it doesn't get rid of my 9-5 but having such a succinct piece detail how neurodiversity is more indicative of a failing society really hits home for me.
I've always sort of knew that, as someone struggling with ADD but its nice seeing it outside of my head haha
