Some tweeters have pointed out this guy is probably joking - I guess the follow-up tweet with "sometimes my shampoo has pictures of people washing dishes on them" was a little weird.

However, be comforted that I believed this ibtiially because I literally know a guy who did this with dog food, and I 100% verify he wasn't joking.
