It's a parody song from some people from Trashfuture podcast. They did an episode about Mark Thatcher and Simon Mann's attempted coup of Equatorial Guinea, and that introduced a South African mercenary character one of the hosts would do jokes as, "Jerk Van Der Klerk". The song is about him and South African's committing war crimes.
