Huh, say if this was able to also generate bodies, would that change TERF critique against porn production if everything would be produced digitally? Currently a lot of TERF's account to the view that porn in itself is problematic as it reproduces cis patriarchy. 40 years ago - and more seldomly now - there was also the claim that sex shops and any dildo / vibrator / satisfier / magic wand would be bad. Nowadays there are luckily enough people seeing that as much as possible in capitalism, some are enjoying their sexuality (even with toys).
Of course even digitally produced porn would necessarily depend on the exploitation of the workers creating it. It might be that ethically self produced stuff is more what we will see after the revolution (if there remains a need for that).
The production of porn is not the only issue. Porn ruins relationships and warp male expectations of sex.
Also the enjoyment for many viewers is the degradation and the fact that the act really did happen.
Sure, for some that is the case. This will be vastly reduced with other social relations than those found in capitalism.
For some surely, for some it often is about the simulated stimulation, e.g. Baudrillard.
Not so sure about that monocausality, feels too close to "masturbation ruins relationships" to me. The dyadic relations towards it and effects within the net of other social relations sure do play a role.
Sure, that is true, it is even more true than alternatives before films existed.
There are options that could alter what kind of sex is simulated, though. I do believe even when porn remains porn, sensibly produced compassionate porn with prelude and such can actually help to not have the current idea of sex. There are a few queer collectives who do produce a variety of scenes (and reproduce in part tropes and in parts go beyond them).
I don't think that with technology existing it is a good move to return to a pre digital state (in which many people I know didn't knew they actually weren't cis for quite some time).

The question isn't if you can produce problematic content, the question is if you could produce unproblematic content.
