The AVGN episode covers the content pretty well, I forget if it's mentioned in the video but aside from being awful and strange, the cartridge itself gradually heats up as it's left on and can melt itself just by playing. Found it in a flea market box and sold it for $500, which for being able to test it before purchase, no shipping and walking out with it right then and there was a bargain compared to eBay or whatever.
