It seems like .22LR is just about .15-.20 cheaper per bullet though, i wonder if it would be cheaper and simpler to just make my own 7.62 ammo myself with a press like someone else suggested. Do you have any thoughts on the price point comparison, assuming i shoot regularly?
Yeah, cheapest I see is like $320, plus the cost of dies and casings and primer. Do you know any good guides I can read on this? I assume kits will come with a manual but i'd like to read more before sinking in money, plus i would need to save money (stimulus checks hopefully lol)
22 conversions? tell me more. Also, i've been looking for the cheapest ammo already, and it's still like 0.90 to 1.20 per bullet.
