My gf and I have made countless amounts of hummus in the little kitchenaid ones; that little guy is a fucking champ and can even do coffee beans and shit (the coffee grinder has been collectivised and is now for grinding weed). It's small enough to fit literally anywhere, even in a pot or bowl on a counter. The only downside is that its too small to easily do a proper weekly meal prep with it, but a plus side is that it doubles as a bowl for the hummus.
