Unfortunately it's not good, it's useless. It only applies to the southern part. The infrastructure has been destroyed, and there's no way to pump the water into towers because the electricity is off, or to treat the water in any way. Desalination plants are still offline, so no potable water from them. This is purely signalling for people outside of Palestine to give them an excuse to defend the continuing genocide.
Well I take it back then, I assumed "turn the water back on" meant the water and everything that goes with it.
