I feel like getting back into something but I'm not sure what, the last big multiplayer game I really got into was apex legends but I got burned out pretty early into that games lifecycle for whatever reason.

Oooh that's cool. I don't know if I have the wherewithal to get back into the meta after missing checks notes 5 generations of new pokemon haha, but this is really, really cool :D
I actually did play PokeMMO for a short while, which does just barely count as an online game hahahaha :)

If you're into turn based stuff you could probably find some stuff that's perfectly playable in that area.
I was even thinking civ or stuff like that. Boundless opportunities! For now I'll stick to my roguelikes and metroidvanias hehehe
