    I have been trying to workout regularly for years. It always comes and goes in waves. I'll do it for a few months, then slowly fall off for a few, then I'll think wow I need to start working out again.

    So anyway my fitness goal is to work out every other day no matter what, even if all I can motivate myself to do is just a warm up. Trying to build the habit of working out. Two weeks in so far so good but the real test will be after a month or two which is when I usually start to fall off the schedule.

    When I work out I do calisthenics. I try to do a push, pull, lower body, and core move. Like pushups, pull ups, squats, and plank for example.

    I'd really like to do a week-long hike this summer. Not anything super hardcore, just hill walking. Last summer I could do 30km in a day fine, but my feet hurt pretty bad the next haha. Not really sure how to build up endurance for longer hikes other than uh. Going on them!

      Yeah you can do plenty with DBs. You might hit s point where they get too light but till then you'll be good.
