I like that he's silly-looking but just unsettling enough to be slightly sinister. Good villain design.

He just chucked a net filled with woodland animals into the robot converter.
Sonic has great designs in general (i prefer the classic, more compact Sonic look to the modern "lanky" designs, but those are also pretty good overall)
That's why he's my favorite character. His designs throughout the games (exept Sonic 06) is awesome. His theme songs too! My favorite is the Sonic 3 & Knuckles major boss theme.
Kinda disapointed in the boss theme for superstars, but I just started playing. Maybe the final boss theme is better.
