Crunchier than cucumbers

    This sounds goooooood. What ratio of salt/vinegar/water do you use?

      I used about 1/3-1/4 vinegar. (whatever was left in my bottle) and not a ton of salt, I'd say double the amount I would use if boiling pasta. Sorry for imprecise amounts, I threw it together last minute to make my celery last longer.
