Healthcare workers should be getting literally whatever they want. Better tech, more workers, better pay, better working conditions, better whatever the hell they need. It's so bonkers to me that healthcare as a private enterprise is even a thing. The idea of "Hospital Chain" just seems antithetical to providing healthcare.
