Fuck it, I've gotten a lot of hate in my life for being vegan. I'll get tons more in the future. I'm not going to let a bunch of people on this site push me off. I hope that you guys feel the same. Remember that separately, we are like this: 🖐, but together, we are more like this: 🤛

Your last sentence really resonates with me. I can understand someone saying “stop bringing it up it’s annoying having to deal with my cognitive dissonance” if they have never heard of/considered veganism, but most people here have by now, so now it's just since it affects them changing aspects of their life, they can't be against the suffering of animals.
It always irks me when they begin with "I think veganism is good but" as if it'll will win conciliatory points given that they won't change anything in their lives.
