in this case "NSFW" means something closer to marking it with a content warning. we've had discussions in the past about it and the consensus is generally that potentially triggering topics like sexual violence and abuse should be marked as such so people can avoid it if they want to.

We use it as a catch all for potentially triggering topics for the time being, until we can get a better system implemented
