    Your friends may still want to hear from you. Falling out of contact doesn't mean they don't care about you.

    Also, I would consider telling your therapist or psychiatrist. Mental health medication can be a shit show, but if you find the right medication it can be a life changer.

    Related, there are links between adhd medication and psychosis. A pro may really help you figure this out.

    Im sorry you are going through this, I know it is scary. You are right, it's very unlikely that your friends and family are talking to the government about you. It's good you are using logic to temper your thoughts.

    I think you can trust a close friend or family member. They may have noticed a change in your behavior and are concerned.

    Do you know when this started? I had psychosis triggered by amphetamines, so if you are taking any drugs like that you should definitely stop.

    I eventually got better, this is something you can recover from. Good luck.
