Not sure if it was here or reddit where I saw it recommended, but the virtual ED service is awesome. Unfortunately had to use it today and call an ambulance. I wasn’t sure if it was serious or not, so this service was just what I needed.
Tough luck for being a hard worker. Changed jobs a few times and spent 18 months absolute cramming my life with studying etc to get a better job. And people wonder why we have people becoming landlords to get negative gearing to try and offset the high taxes.
Maybe lowering interest rates would be a better option here given that is what is causing the cost of living crisis as far as rent and mortgage. Has zero effect on cost of goods due to super profit greed.
Going to be a tough day, chronic illness playing up. Time to put on the happy face for work. Hope the cat is prepared for lots of non consensual hugs today….
How do I deal with a colleague that I can’t understand? He asked me something, I didn’t understand so asked again . Still didn’t understand. Didn’t know how to approach it -without coming across as insulting or looking stupid. yes he has an accent that makes it hard for me, especially over teams…. Usually not an issue for me but this one is a bit different than the usual
Dove roll on is quite good in my experience. Not scented. I have issues with anxiety sweats but haven’t found anything that really helps except driclor but that makes me very itchy.
Been waiting for a non windy non wet day to spray weeds again… plus endless lawn mowing. Neighbours not doing weed control so I’m getting their weeds sprouting in my property.
Train announcements are pretty garbled on good days though? But yeah voice recognition is still pretty bad - struggle with it in my car. Have to try and americanise what I’m saying.
