I really like this
Voting is not some grand statement that defines who you are or what you believe, it is a lever of power to make the US better or worse. There are two choices un the upcoming election, one is clearly better. Biden is better. Voting for biden isn't saying he's the second coming, it pushing us the right direction (which is to the left) even if in a small way.
Well, I thought I was maturing, but your right, it's probably the lack of sleep.
I love punishing low wage workers while making statements on how the system should change.
"Oh, you thought you could afford to take a day off this week to help an elderly parent make it to a doctor appointment? Nah, get fucked. You can't afford to that and buy groceries."
Book covers in the US are almost always wack with the rare gems. I get that it's marking, not just art for arts sake, but I don't think I have a single modern book, one that's not old 60's sci-fi, that has a cover where I go, dam, that's cool.
I dont give a shit if your kid is waiting for the swings, my taxes pay for it and I'm going to use it.
Each one is just so delicious, I want more.
But I'm different. I'll be the benevolent exploiter and all my employees will be happy and we'll have parties in the break room all the time.
I was responding to the statement that the unions were being sensational. They were accurately stating the facts.
It's been a while since I looked into usps, and I'm sure someone will know more, but I know there is a difference in either the union or simply the union contract for rural workers, warehouse workers and the rest of their workforce. But if all of these issues are accurate for rural workers then they should push to replace their union leadership or change unions. Dropping union membership all together almost always impacts workers negatively in the long run.
Your statement is incorrect and I'm guessing it's because you're pushing antiunion nonsense. The reason they need the signatures by May is because that's when the new contract goes into effect. If they drop the union before the contract, then they'd have to renegotiate their contract, lose their union stewards and representatives and... you know what, exactly the part you put in quotes.
I grilled dinner tonight out on our deck wearing a painters mask because the smoke from the wildfires around here is so thick it looks like it's pissing rain outside. Only when I caught myself in the mirror with my plate, mask and tongs did I start to think, this seems a little odd.
Liqour bottles that have been traditionally 750ml are quietly moving to 700ml, while prices have increased.
Lol. Why would you want to learn about other people (gross) and how they ended up in their situation. Don't paint me a picture with your fancy words that may provide a real world example of the problem and context the solution. Why would you do all that when the answer is clearly 42.

If you click the ad does the company have to pay like a fraction of a cent or something for a click through? Like if I always click on the ads can I make them pay for having waisted my time if it’s only a little bit?
