It's quite likely that he was a figure head for a lot of it and that the heavy lifting was done by other senior party officials with his blessing.
Apparently one candidate shocked themselves nearly 200 times.
J Lo singing This Land Is Our Land is the worst thing to happen to Woody Guthrie since Huntingdons.
American Civil Religion
This is just a shitty riff on that Schindler's List quote.
The worst thing about Trump being banned from Twitter is that we all know he is having a massive meltdown and we can't even laugh at it as he no longer has a platform.
Crazy Rich Asians is to libs what Parasite is to leftists.
A lot of Fred Hampton's speeches are great as he was very charismatic and gets right to the heart of various issues. His Rainbow Coalition stuff also sits well with a lot of people who see BLM as some kind of supremacist movement as he recognises that the same economic issues faced by black people are also faced by white people.
Wagyu beef steak but well done.
George used to be MP and was frankly a bit shit but he was always right about Iraq and New Labour in general.
That being said watching the video from when he was hauled up in front of the US Senate and basically telling them to "Fuck Off" over the course of 40 minutes is terrific viewing - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=j5u1skEoqLs
Waste of a good mine shaft if anything.
I've been rewatching it with my mum recently and for a Nineties show it's surprisingly forward thinking about a ton of things. Obviously it's not perfect but compared to other stuff from that era it's great.
Most of this shit is all made in the same factory anyway just wkth different branding slapped on.
Keir Starmer is already on twitter calling this "another painful day for the Jewish community" like the puffy faced loser that he is.
Really it just came off as two rich people acting shittily towards one another. Sort of like a bourgeois version of Roald Dahl's The Twits except but with more cocaine.
Reddit only defended Depp instead of Heard for obvious reasons.
It's a pretty bad idea. There are currently 32 SCG MPs in Labour alongside hundreds of Councillors and I doubt a new party could replicate that success. Like the other user said it's only one front.
I’m reducing my membership donations to the minimum and am only staying on to vote for SCG/Momentum candidates of which my local MP and various Councillors are. Also NEC candidate elections are currently ongoing so if you do decide to quit make sure to vote in those first for some Socialists. Electoralism is pretty shit for the most part but grassroots Labour is still pretty socialist (especially after Corbyn boosted membership) which makes it a good place to meet like minded people to organise with which is the real aim.
Every member of my family voted for the Communist Party for the London Assembly which I'm grateful for but them one of them also voted for Shaun Bailey which I'm still trying to get my head around. Anyway local elections are where you tend to find the more radical Left wing candidates who are under a lot less scrutiny from Keith and Co so they're worth voting for even if it is the bare minimum.
