That sounds like is isreally fun, could probably combine it with "king of all the isles" and the "dynasty of many crowns" ones.

Unplug it and leave it alone for a while, if the problem is NOT the battery it'll do this until it drains. Then plug it back in (just the charger, unplug anything else before hand). If it charges back properly we can eliminate a bad battery that won't hold a charge as an option.
