    Saying the Rashudin Caliphate won is like saying the referee won after 2 heavyweights slugged at each other for 60 minutes and both passed out at the same time. Their cavalry was cool af but if Heraclius and Khosrow III hadn't battered each other to oblivion over gold there's no shot a minor power in Arabia could have done shit. I'll contend til my dying day that Heraclius' campaign in Persia is one of the most ambitious ever conducted; in comparison, the Rashidun Caliphate's successes were just a mediocre AD Carry mopping up after the midlaner already got the enemy team down to 10% health
