i love my pedagogy teacher. first week he had us watch a video talking about educating through videos. it showed some examples of how educational videos can work well, and it included contrapoints and philosophy tube. i was like, oh, that’s pretty cool, but it might just be my teacher randomly stumbling onto a video mentioning breadtube.
today for a discussion he had us watch the movie Precious Knowledge . MY GOD it was so good. i was alone in my room screaming at how fucking racist the government was being to an Arizona high school’s ethnic studies program. and then it talked about the ethnic studies program using stuff that cited marx and lenin. and then the movie ended with a che guevara quote. my god, it felt amazing to realize at least one teacher at this school has good politics
